Legal Defense Fund

Members of the board of HIRSA have provided private donations to establish a legal defense fund. This fund is intended to provide for a portion of the financial needs of HIRSA in the event that legal action is required to protect our commercial use, ocean access and other rights. Donations are appreciated and a portion of annual membership dues goes directly into the fund.
